I have the right to reject a commission for ANY reason.Payment will be through paypal, in USD, unless paying through VGen or Ko-Fi.Payment will be all upfront. Sketches will not be started until payment is received. No refunds after the sketch is delivered. Changes to the sketch or finished version are accepted, up to three batches of changes are allowed for the sketch, and one batch for the finished product. This means you should ask me to change multiple things at once. Each time I make changes, that is one 'batch' of changes. If you wish for me to make a change on something you have previously approved, there will be an extra fee.Usually commissions will be delivered within a week, but I reserve up to a month to deliver, in case of any real life circumstances that might come up. If there is anything that comes up that might slow the delivery of your piece, I will let you know ASAP.The final piece will be delivered in full resolution, as well as a more web friendly size via a .zip file by google drive link.CUSTOMER PROTECTION: If you do not have the full piece you ordered delivered to you within three months, you are entitled to a full refund, regardless of if you have had sketches previously delivered to you or not.Your commission is for personal use only. You may repost, print or reproduce on items (stickers etc) for personal use with credit given. You may not use your commission for any monetary purposes or post cropped versions without credit. You may not hire another artist to make changes to your commissions without written permission. Commercial rights may be acquired for an additional fee, but must be discussed, quoted and agreed upon before work begins. I retain rights to your commission for the purpose of self-promotion (I.E. using it as a commission example) unless you explicitly ask me not to.Any artwork by me is NOT to be used in relation with generative AI in ANY capacity. It may not be used to train AI programs, reproduced, altered, or used in conjunction with AI content.
